Typical Expectations from a Certified Quality Controller (TM)
- Will have a fundamental understanding of quality philosophies, principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction, supplier relations and performance, leadership, training, interpersonal relationships, improvement systems and professional ethics.
- Will have a fundamental understanding of a quality system and its development, documentation and implementation to domestic and international standards or requirements.
- Will have a basic understanding of the audit process including types of audits, planning, preparation, execution, reporting results and follow-up.
- Will be able to develop and implement quality programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting and problem solving.
- Will be able to plan, control and assure product and process quality in accordance with quality principles, which include planning processes, material control, acceptance sampling and measurement systems.
- Will have basic knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and risk management, including key terms and definitions, modeling, systems design, assessment tools and reporting.
- Will have a thorough understanding of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques. This includes knowledge of management and planning tools, quality tools, preventive and corrective actions, and how to overcome barriers to quality improvements.
- Will be able to acquire and analyze data using appropriate standard quantitative methods across a spectrum of business environments to facilitate process analysis and improvements.

Reciprocity CQC Program
For Candidates who have completed NDT Level I/II, PCN, or similar program from other Institution and are Interested to Join for CQC International Certification Program can take admission to this program through this Method.
According to this program the candidate should be enough qualified according to the requirements of latest edition of 'CQC Curriculum' ie; The Candidate should be Certified in Basic NDT Methods with Diploma/B-tech as the Minimum Qualification. Candidates who takes their admission to the Certification Program through Reciprocity CQC Program will have to submit Qualified Examination Certification and can directly join to the course. For this candidates the course will be only of duration 45 Days and the fee will be Rs: 25000/-
Admission for this Course
According to Institutional Policies Admission are available on a First Come First Basis. Special classes can be offered for students from same institution. (If they are a group not less than 30.)All students should bring scientific calculators to the class daily Study materials will be provided from the Institution itself.All students must provide Vision certificate during the time of Admission, the Format of Vision Certificate can be Downloaded from the Download Section of our Website and can have Signed by a Registered Ophthalmologist.
The admission fee for this course is Rs: 10000 and balance fee can be paid as two equal installments.The Fee For This Course is Rs 35000 /- 30 % Scholarships as Waiver in Course Fees will be awarded for all Candidates those who Pop -up with the Management CriteriasMore Certification can be clubbed along with this course by attending parallel batches.For Students those who are going to appear Sixth Semester Exam and Final Semester Examination can also have the admission for these course by providing the documents states their qualificationAlong with the filled in application form 10 copies of photograph with size 3.5cm X 3.5cm are required
