For the preliminary study it may be known or accessed free downloaded digital terrain model and images without any cost. At least, a few pre disaster flood management plans can be made out roughly with the help of these tools. The monitoring of embankments has come more essential to know the type, size and position for acquiring information.

This is true that problem of Flood in the foothill of Arunachal Himalaya is a major subjects to deal with the situation keeping view in its hydrological characteristics, Physical Features and its socio- economic conditions .Moreover transfer of hydrological data is most essential between the countries like India and China as concern to the management of Brahmaputra river.
